About Cell Pellets

Cell pellets are a great starting point for preparing RNA, for Western blot, or other analyses. Cells are isolated within a few hours of collection, centrifuged, and snap-frozen on liquid nitrogen. You can start your preferred lysis or purification protocol right from the freezer.

PBMC pellets include all the mononuclear cells in peripheral blood (monocytes, T cells, B cells, and NK cells). In the case of purified cell pellets, the purity is verified by flow cytometric analysis to ensure your analysis is focused on the cell type of interest.
