About Mouse Dendritic Cells
Dendritic cells are key antigen-presenting cells responsible for initiating the immune response. Our mouse dendritic cells are derived from bone marrow using murine recombinant GM-CSF. They are of the myeloid type and produce IL-12 following stimulation with LPS. Expression of CD11c and CD86 is included in the Certificate of Analysis for each lot.
